By popular demand, we’re riding to @siftglutenfree this Sunday! If you’ve never had the pleasure of visiting SIFT, you’re in for a treat. We’ll meet at Howe Elementary School Playground at 9:30 AM, chat for a bit, then rollout at 10. We’ll follow the river South before heading West on Minnehaha. Total ride distance will be about 5 miles. Bring ya glutes, not gluten.

You do not have to be gluten free to appreciate the jamboree of deliciousness that SIFT baked goods deliver! All are welcome (and heavily encouraged) to join!.

Details:

Start: Howe Elementary School Playground @ 9:30 AM on Sunday, July 28th. Rollout at 10:00 AM

End: Sift Gluten Free

Pace: 8-10 mph. No drop, and we’ll do our best to make sure we get through intersections as a group.

Who: Any and everyone! We get a lot of subtle ‘is this just for people with kids?’ questions and we totally understand why. But the answer is NO! If ya like snacks or coffee or bikes, it’s for you.
